Uniform Guidelines
We Are a Team. “A team has a shared purpose and specific goals that all members work together to achieve.”
Uniforms are worn at St. Mary’s School as a symbol of unity, teaching students personal responsibility to their community. Uniforms help foster an environment that is conducive to learning and respectful behavior. Dress code guidelines apply to all students in grades PreKindergarten to 8th grade. Parents are expected to understand and support these guidelines as well as help their children make good choices about appropriate attire and grooming. The wearing of uniforms is a cooperative effort among parents, students, staff and faculty.
Out of Uniform Guidelines - On Spirit Days, students may be granted permission to wear out of uniform clothing items.
Instructions for Ordering Uniforms - Uniforms are ordered through Land's End & CT SportsWear.
Uniform Exchange
If you have outgrown uniform items in good condition, you may donate the items to the exchange by dropping these items off at the school office. If your child can use any of the donated items, you may have them free of charge. This program is a great way to recycle, determine sizing, and enhance your student's uniform wardrobe. If you have questions, uniforms to donate, or uniforms you hope to acquire, please contact the school office.
